Ticket Terms & Conditions

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ refer to you – the person buying tickets for Meet Magento Egypt 2025. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms indicate the organizers of Meet Magento Egypt 2025.

By opting to purchase, allocate, or possess tickets, you automatically agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any of the clauses listed below, please do not purchase tickets or attempt to enter the Meet Magento Egypt premises.

We reserve the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from these terms without prior notification. Updates will be reflected on https://eg.meet-magento.com.

The price of tickets is listed at our tickets page. Prices are non-negotiable.

Ticket Usage

• Your ticket is a revocable license to attend Meet Magento Egypt 2025 on Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Cairo.
• The issuer reserves the right to revoke this license at any time without refund or compensation.
• Once received, the ticket is your responsibility. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
• Only tickets purchased via our official website are valid. Unauthorized purchases may be voided.
• Tickets may not be used for reselling, advertising, or promotional purposes without prior approval.
• Tickets are non-redeemable for cash, credits, or other benefits.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final. No ticket returns, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted.
• If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or not issue refunds.
• If rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds, if issued, will cover only the face value of tickets.
• Foreign exchange losses during refunds are the purchaser’s responsibility.
• Meet Magento Egypt is a rain or shine event.

Age & Entry Policy

• The minimum age to attend is 18. Attendees under 18 will not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued.
• Valid ID must be presented along with your ticket at entry.
• Badge swapping is prohibited. Official badges and lanyards must be worn at all times during the event, including the afterparty.

Privacy & Media

• By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection of personal data for verification and event management purposes.
• Your profile may be created on the networking portal/app (excluding personal contact details unless voluntarily added).
• By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for event marketing purposes.
• Speakers consent to their talks being recorded, photographed, and used for promotional content.

Conduct & Liability

• Meet Magento Egypt enforces a zero-tolerance policy against illegal drugs, lewd behavior, or disruptive actions. Violators will be removed immediately without refund.
• The organizer assumes no responsibility for personal/financial damages, lost/stolen property, or injuries at the venue.
• Chargeback claims or disputes with card providers will not be entertained.

Disputes

In all cases of disputes between ticket holders and the issuer, the organizer’s decision will be deemed final. If unresolved, a third-party arbiter may be engaged.
